Terms of Application

By submitting an application to Miss Diaspora Ghana ("MDGH"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

You confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria stated on the application landing page. False statements may result in disqualification at MDGH's discretion, with no refund of the application fee.

2. Application fee

The application fee is non-refundable, including in cases where:

• You voluntarily withdraw your application
• You fail to submit a complete application by the cycle close date
• You are determined ineligible after submitting

The fee covers administrative review and processing.

3. Use of submitted content

If you opt in to media use, you grant MDGH a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your headshot, intro video, and bio in promotional materials, social media, and the public finalist gallery. You retain ownership of your content.

4. Selection process

MDGH retains sole discretion over selection decisions. The selection panel's decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

5. Conduct

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing on third-party rights, or otherwise inappropriate. MDGH reserves the right to disqualify applications containing such content with no refund.

6. Limitation of liability

MDGH's total liability under these terms is limited to the application fee paid.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
